My Dogs Are Defective

My dogs enjoy barking. Really. Dog walking buy? They want to make their presence known. People down the street coming home late at night? They want to make sure our house is safe. Invisible raccoon? Woof woof woof.

Trick or Treater at the door when it’s dark out, I don’t have my porch light on, and I never went to the store to buy candy? Utter silence. I hope that kid liked the pirouettes I gave her.

If you’ve got a defective dog story, I’d love to hear it.

Meanwhile, it’s November 1st, and that means National Novel Writing Month (aka NaNoWriMo) is upon us. My plan this year is similar to last year’s: I’ll be doing Reggie short stories. I got several done last year (met the 50,000 word goal easily) and three of those are going to be available in dead-tree format at TusCon November 9 – 11. If there are any unsold copies, I just might find a way to sell them through the website! But in the meantime, if you want to get your hands on them, you’ll need to come to Tucson, AZ in about a week!

Happy All Saint’s Day, and don’t forget “Little Lost Dogs” is now available for Kindle and Nook!
